Default Huge Rune Question Coupled With Observation!

Okay, so I have a ranger (see thread titled 'My Character is Finally Complete MWAHA'). I have quite a large rune question.

So I currently do a 10 marksman, 11 wilderness survival, and 10 in expertise (greatest possible benefits for 3 attribute allocation over 200 points) and 1 in beast mastery lol.

I use a superior vigor on my vest, and then a superior marskman on my mask. I am considering adding a final major to wrap things up. WOULD it be best to replace the marksman with expertise on superior (for a further 12% reduction in energy cost), and put a major marksman somewhere else. Holding this true, I would have the following attribute allocation:

12 marksmanship (all bows I get are 8 or 9 - simply for added damage)
12 wilderness survival (have to have 12 to get final seconds damage on skills)
13 Expertise (massive 52% reduction)

VS.

13 marksmanship
12 wilderness surviavl
12 expertise

Main questions:

1) Is it okay to use superior vigor, +30 bow HP, and a superior/major rune (of different types)? Or should I use 2 superiors, none, etc.

2) Is the extra 4% saved from expertise more beneficial than an extra point in marskmanship?

Thanks guys!

Depending on what skills you are using, you'll normally want 13 or 14 expertise to get a max reduction.

13 on Expertise is a big turning point... Take a look at the expertise cost reduction table:

Expertise
00 -> 5 10 15 25

12 -> 3 5 8 13

13 -> 2 5 7 12

The numbers in front of the arrows on the table above are the attribute score in expertise and the numbers after the arrows are the actual cost for your skills after the reduction from expertise. As you can see, 3 of the 4 point costs are reduced by 1 point of energy when you increase expertise from 12 to 13. I find it to be worth the extra point, especially if you plan on spamming attacks like Barrage.

Just something to consider...

(EDIT) Dang it, Linkie beat me to it.
